  • Season steak well. Heat butter and oil in pan and cook steak as desired. Remove and keep warm.
  • Add wine and collect all tasty bits of steak left in the pan.
  • Plate the mash, top with steaks, spoon over the wine sauce, scatter with chilli, parmesan and parsley. Yum!
