Ingredients Nutrition

  • 150 g fish fillets, steamed and flaked
  • 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 2 small sweet onions, chopped finely
  • salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • cooking oil

Directions

  1. Mix fish, potatoes, onions and salt together in a bowl.
  2. Make 6 round balls from the mixture.
  3. Flatten the balls lightly with your palms.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Coat cutlets with beaten egg before frying them.
  6. Fry the cutlets until golden brown.
  7. Remove and drain off excess oil using kitchen paper.
