  1. A well balanced cheese, mustard, garlic and lemon pepper crumb topping adds a sensational flavor to baked fish. I needed to add some olive oil to the mixture because my bread was beyond stale - more like rock hard leftover French sourdough. I used 1/2 inch slices of albacore tuna. Baked at 450°F and they were done in 10 minutes. The fish was moist and the crunchy topping added texture as well as flavor. Thanks, Evie*, I will absolutely make this again.

  2. Really enjoyed this one, Evie*. I used cod fillets and cooked at 400° for about 15 minutes. The cheese-crumb coating was crunchy and went well with the Dijon. The fish stayed moist, too. Served with steamed yellow squash, broccoli, side salad and that's dinner. Thanks!!

  3. I made this last week using orange roughy and it was wonderful. I didn't have lemon pepper, so I used fresh ground black pepper and squeezed some lemon into the mixture. Also, I used monterey jack cheese in place of the mozzarella, since it has more flavor. Thanks for sharing your recipe! --Marla

  4. Thank you Evie* for a delicious take on baked fish. The combo of ingredients was fantastic and I may experiment with adding some other spices as well. This was a easy dish to prepare for a weeknight meal, and will be making this again. Thanks once again for a keeper of a fish recipe. :)

  5. Great recipe!!! Just trusted the feedback to try it on visitors as I needed some inspiration!I used wild rocket instead of parsley, and as some would not enjoy fish made up a dish with chicken breast fillets that I put in the oven 20 minutes before the fish!! Both exceeded my expectations. Thank you so very much Evie!!!
