Flagstones Fruit Salad

"Flagstones was a restaurant that I used to go to with my family as a child. Their fruit salad was one of the signature items on their menu. Once you try it, you will make it over and over again."

  1. Those were the days weren't they, when you could go to Flagstone's with the family and get a good meal at a decent price! I had this fruit salad many times and since I made it, now my kids love it too! I make it in the summer when I can get bing cherries and pit them myself, rather than using the canned, which I have never seen in the stores. This is so lovely, and it was one of my favorite desserts as a child. I was always asking my mom and dad to take me there so I could have some! It's so funny that you posted the recipe. I am SO HAPPY!!! Thanks for the memories, and especially for this memorable recipe Denise! Karen

  2. Very nicely done, Denise. Only change I made was to add a little more lemon juice as we all like a slightly tarter taste. Thanks for posting.
