Yum. This was really good. I love French dip sandwiches and this was easy, smelled great while it was cooking, and was tasty too. I added some carmelized onions and sauteed bell peppers on a toasted bun and chowed down! Thanks AmyMCGS for a nice keeper. Made for All You Can Eat Buffet Special in Cooking Games.

This was amazing!! My only problem was there wasn't enough au jus to get through the amount of sandwiches the meat filled. Next time I will add another beer, or a cup or so of beef broth. Great flavor though and it was a hit! Topped mine with the peppers and onions along with some jalapenos and provolone :)

I seared a boneless sirloin tip roast in a cast iron skillet to increase flavor before adding it to the crockpot. I also doubled the onion soup and beer because we like the au jus. We prefer jalapenos over the bell pepper with our sauted onions. No cheese and lighlty toasted rolls. I also added extra salt (we love real salt) and pepper. Very easy. This would be great to use for an easy prep day for Sabbaths since I need to cook for two days (every week).
