- 7 ounces lean smoked turkey sausage, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1⁄2 sweet onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced (I prefer Red)
- 15 -20 snap peas
- 1 ear corn, shucked (Or 1 Can Small Serve Corn)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 ripe tomatoes, cored and diced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
directions
- Cook on High.
- Brown Smoked Sausage.
- Add Carrots, Onions& Garlic.
- Cook until Onions are translucent.
- Add Bell Pepper, Snap Peas, Corn,& Black Pepper.
- Cook until vegetables are soft.
- Add Tomatoes.
- Continue Cooking on High for 10 Minutes.
