- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup chopped ham
- oil (for frying)
directions
- Mix everything well.
- Fry spoonfuls in hot oil, let it brown on both sides.
