- 2 oranges, juice of
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
directions
- Combine orange and lemon juices in blender.
- Add sugar and milk and blend.
- Add whipped cream and blend on lowest speed.
- Pour into ice cube trays, paper cups for popsicles or small bowl.
- Optional: if making popsicles add popsicle sticks to paper cups.
- Optional: if using bowl stir occassionally so it will have slurpy/ice-cream consistency when served.

<p>I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes.
