Fruit Freeze

"Simple frozen ice-cream type of snack that kids like in the summer. This is a good recipe for making popsicles by pouring mixture into papercups and adding popsicle sticks--I use the bathroom size of paper cups when I make these. Prep time does not include freezing time (2-4 hours) Adapted from Bon Appetit (December 1981)"

 1. Nice treat for summer. I used 2 oranges and 2 grapefruits and cut down on the sugar. Thanks for this easy dessert.

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
