  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to orange juice to measure 2 1/4 cups.
  2. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.
  3. Gently stir in fruit.
  4. Pour into large glass serving bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Top with cool whip just before serving.
  6. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
