- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice (undrained)
- 1 cup dannon light 'n fit nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 medium ripe banana (quartered)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 1/2 cup peaches or 1/2 cup fruit, of your choice (fresh or frozen)
- 1⁄2 cup ice cube
directions
- Combine crushed pineapple, yogurt, banana, pineapple juice, fresh or frozen fruit of your choice and ice cubes in a blender or food processor.
- Cover; blend until smooth.
- Serve.

I made this account back in 2001, when the site was called "Recipezaar". A lot has changed in my life since then. My kids are all grown and I try to eat a low-carb lifestyle now. Some of my older recipes were handed down from my grandmother. I hope you all enjoy them as much as I have.
