Fruit Smoothie

"I obtained this recipe through the RecipeZaar adoption and I love it as my own already. It is quick, easy, and very forgiving. If you want to change around the fruit cocktail and use your favorite fruit, feel free. Hope you enjoy!!! See the review by Watermelon, she recommends that if you do not want it to be quite so milky to leave off the powdered milk. Enjoy!!!!"

  1. Quick, easy and fruity. Everything I want in a breakfast shake. Used vanilla soy milk, pumpkin pie spice, a little vanilla, and no powdered milk. YUM.

  2. I made this the first time as stated (1 serving) and found it too 'milky' for me.. so I gave that to BF, and I made another one without the milk powder (just 1/4 cup of 2% milk for 1 serving) - love it! I think this recipe would make a great 'fruit milkshake/smoothie', using vanilla ice cream. (recipe adoption support group)

  3. Made this for a nice change for something quick for breakky when I wanted to get out the door fast. This is nice tasting as well as good for you. I only added a little bit of cinnamon and I used skim milk, but it was refreshing. I think you could use your own favorite cocktail juice what ever flavor you like, and it would still be good.
