Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 baked and cooled pie crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup white vanilla chip, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 23 cup hot fudge sauce (I use Smuckers)
  • TOPPING
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 cup strawberry glaze

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add melted vanilla chips; beat until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Spread hot fudge topping in bottom of crust.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over fudge topping.
  6. Mix strawberries, sugar and glaze.
  7. Spoon over filling.
  8. Chill until ready to serve.
