Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) packagepillsbury plus funfetti cake mix
  • 1 12 cups unbleached flour
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 4 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 8 ounces vanilla frosting
  • 14 cup candy sprinkles

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, flour, oil, and egg whites. Mix well.
  3. Stir in sprinkles from cake mix.
  4. Shape dough into one-inch balls. Place two inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
  5. With bottom of glass dipped in flour, flatten to 1/4" thickness.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes or until edges are light brown.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Spread frosting over cookies. Immediately top each cookie with a few sprinkles.
  9. Allow frosting to set before storing.
