  • Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat.
  • Mix in next 6 ingredients.
  • Sauté for 30 seconds; add shrimp and sauté until opaque in the center turning occasionally for about 3 minutes.
  • Stir in parsley.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve.

  1. Pretty good, but next time I would peel and devain the shrimp. And maybe cut down on the lime juice.

  5. this is really good...i found some frozen large shrimp deveined with shells on!! this is a great summer meal..fun to peel these amazing tasting shrimp..i also served with corn on the cob, crusty rolls and i cut zucchini wheels and sauteed them in the sauce from the shrimp..they were excellent!!
