Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Thoroughly mix sugar, evaporated milk, whole milk and egg yolks.
  3. Add butter, raisins, vanilla and spices.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add bread cubes and toss to saturate bread.
  6. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until pudding is ligh tly browned and set. Let cool before cutting.
  8. Cut into squares.
  9. Reheat in microwave before serving if desired.
