  1. Wonderful cookies!! The only thing i would change is the sugar. They are a little sweet. But so scrumptious! I did add a little extra pb. They taste just like peanut butter cups to me. Next time I will add 1/2 choc chips and 1/2 pb chips. Thanks for a great recipe.

  2. Very good cookies. The only changes that I made were to cut the white sugar down to 1/2 cup and use WW flour instead of AP. There was a little too much going on with all the different textures (we're simple cookie people) but that didn't keep us from eating them.

  3. Made these for my duaghter's cookie monster boyfriend - doulbed the recipe and used hald peanut butter chips and half chocolate chips.

I live in the San Francisco area and love it here. I discovered Recipezaar (then Food.com..Genius Kitchen) in 2001 and have been so happy to have my favorite recipes stored safely here. I am mother to 7 and grandmother to 7. I love to knit, smock, sew, etc., but my favorite hobby of the moment is traditional rug hooking. This is a sample of what I do.? It's called "November".? I dyed most of the wool myself. It is made from wool flannel, cut into strips a little less than 1/4" and then worked into a linen backing. This is my 3rd rug.
