Questions & Replies

 1. The answer is probably yes, but I'll ask anyway... Can this be assembled then frozen, thawed, and cooked with no repercussions? I prep a lot of "made-in-advance" entrees to accommodate my busy work schedule. Thanks.

Reviews

 1. I did add some salt and pepper to the recipe because I felt like it needed it but other than that, I made it as directed and loved them so much!!

 2. I followed another reviewer's suggestion and added some crushed garlic and a touch of seasoning salt. Otherwise I made as is with the exception of adding a very small egg white and grilling on the bbq. I would have this again. Served on a toasted whole wheat bun with lettuce, mayo, swiss cheese and red onion. Thanks for posting.

 3. I made this exactly as is and we enjoyed them very much. The were very juicy. Next time I will add some fresh garlic and a little seasoned salt.

 4. Great turkey burgers! Loved the addition of the spinach and the cheese did add a nice creamy flavor. Sprinkled the patties with some lemon pepper and grilled over charcoal; served on whole wheat buns with spicy mustard, mayo, and tomato for a nice summer meal - thanks for sharing the recipe!

 5. Made this last night and it was Delicious! We eat a lot of ground turkey and this was a great addition to the rotation. Did add some seasoned salt, ground pepper, garlic and an egg to bind (as was pretty lean meat). Thanks!

Tweaks

 1. Chef Sunshine strikes again! This feels so healthy. I used feta instead of goat cheese, and fresh baby spinach instead of frozen. Still a wonderful treat! Had this with a whole wheat pita and additional spinach. It didn't need any dressings. GREAT burger alternative!

♥ I live in Tennessee where I am a full-time nursing student. This past May 2006 I finally graduated after 4 long years of college with my Associate Degree in Nursing. It is great to know that I can be a part of something so important. For fun, I like to jog, swim, hike,(basically anything outdoors), cook and read. There is just something about cooking that is relaxing, dontcha' think? My favorite cookbook is the Betty Crocker cookbook. My passions are my boyfriend of 6 years, Benjamin, my 2 baby kittens: Midoria (Middy for short) - she is 6 years old; and Ki-Ki - he is 4 years old...but they are both still kittens to me. They are the foundation and true essence of my life. I thank God everyday that I have been so blessed to have them in my life. My pet peeves are mean people.
