  • Oven at 375 degrees.
  • Combine all ingredients except paprika and place in baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake 20-40 minutes or until well heated and brown on top (the longer it bakes, the crustier it will be.) I serve this with fried or scrambled eggs, toast and sliced tomatoes that have been sprinkled with a little sugar.
  • Serves 4-6.

  1. I'm sorry..I did not add the green peppers. It came out mushy, even with longer cooking time.
     
  2. Simple recipes are always best and this was a winner in my book! My 2 yr old loved it. I omitted the paprika, onions and pepper but when I make it again I will keep the onions.
