INGREDIENTS

    (1/4 ounce) package plain gelatin

    cups milk
  • 2
    egg yolks
  • 23
    cup sugar
  • 1
    pinch salt
  • 2
    egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1
    cups whipping cream or (1 1/3 ounce) package Dream Whip
  • 1
    teaspoon vanilla
  • to taste graham cracker (amount you desire)

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat gelatin and salt in double boiler to dissolve the gelatin.
  • Add egg yolks, sugar and salt to gelatin mixture and make hot. Cool quickly.
  • Beat egg whites.
  • Beat whipping cream or Dream Whip.
  • Combine whites, whipped cream and vanilla.
  • Fold into cool mixture and into cracker lined 9-inch square pan.
  • Top with crackers
