This was good with a few changes. I followed the recipe as written other then I used splenda instead of brown sugar. I also cut back on the oil and used 2 tablespoons. thought it tasted too much like mustard so added a bit more ketchup and sugar and then it was better. This makes a lot of sauce. I had five 4 ounces chicken breasts and I didn't even us half of the sauce. Hubby thought it needed more hot sauce but I thought it was good the way it was.

This was very good, but there was too much oil for my taste. Next time I'll cut the amount of oil to 1/4 cup or maybe even 2T. The amount of hot sauce was great. I was afraid it would make the sauce too spicy, but it was perfect. As a personal preference, I used garlic salt and lemon pepper instead of regular salt and pepper. The chicken made wonderful sandwiches the next day. Thanks so much for posting, Queen Puff! I'll definitely make this recipe over and over!

WoW!!!!!!! This really is a keeper!!!!! Where do i start. I poured the sauce onto the chicken and let it marinate for a few hours. then i cooked in in the sauce. I served it over a yellow rice and the rice saoked up the sauce... and it was so good. sweet and spicy... but not too spicy.. so no one at the talbe is reaching for water between bites. will make again.. maybe next time i'll grill it.
