Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse.
  2. Over a medium flame, mix margarine, cottage cheese and milk.
  3. Heat until mixed.
  4. Add the pasta.
  5. While still heating, tear the cheese into small squares and add.
  6. Heat until melted.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. (You can add cold milk afterwards if it is too hot for the kids).
