  1. Preheat to 300.
  2. Mix butter and flour thoroughly.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Mix with hands.
  5. Chill.
  6. Roll out 1/2" thick. Cut in fancy bite-sized shapes (or squares or diamonds).
  7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Top does not brown and cookies don't change shape.
