"Good sauce for chicken or pork. I changed the original recipe to lower the sodium count by using low sodium catsup and added 1 cup of water."

  1. I really enjoyed the flavor of this barbecue sauce. I served it ontop of fried burgers. It was wonderful, had a nice hint of heat. The only thing I did different was to cook it down a little as it was very thin. I wanted a slightly thicker sauce for the burgers. This worked perfectly. I can't wait to have this on our barbecued steaks this weekend. Thank you for sharing your lovely sauce. Made for Pac Spring Safari.

  2. I've used this sauce on boneless chicken breasts and thighs and it's been a huge hit every time. Super easy with a homemade taste and just the right consistency - not thick and pasty like jarred sauce, but enough weight to coat the chicken.
