Grandpa's Cincy-Style Chili

"This is my grandfather's recipe for chili. It's in the same vein as Skyline chili, but not like any other recipes posted on the site. Serve it over pasta (preferably spaghetti) mid-west style with cheese, Tabasco, oyster crackers and sour cream. I usually use ground turkey (tastes the same to me, but traditionally its ground beef). Note: the last three ingredients are put in a cheesecloth bag to soak, if you don't have cheesecloth, or whole allspice, just throw it in and fish them out before serving."

I love to cook, and I love to eat (don't they go hand in hand?). I'm really good at following recipies, or improvising with what I have. I prefer to improvise though- I am more adventurous that way. My mother is one of the best cooks I know, and I keep trying to get her to put recipes together for me, but it hasn't happened yet. My fiance and I have a Shiba Inu puppy (well hes a yr but he'll always be my puppy), Kuma, and I love baking him some yummy treats! He's also a fantastic cook.
