  1. Spray grill with cooking oil& preheat to medium.
  2. Using your fingers, gently combine burger ingredients in a large bowl, until blended.
  3. Form into burgers about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. BBQ burgers for about 6- 8 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
  5. Toast pitas on the grill during the last 3 minutes.
  6. Cut pitas in half; place burgers into pockets& fill with toppings.
