"Posting this for ZWT6. From Betty Crocker - Easy Meatless Dishes. You can also substitute a Greek salad dressing for the Italian dressing. The cooking time is actually for the chilling time."

  • Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  • Rinse with cold water; drain.
  • Mix pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese in glass or plastic
  • bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors but no longer
  • than 24 hours.
  • Top salad with cheese.
  • SUBSTITUTION: For a more intense flavor, substitute 1 cup sliced, pitted
  • Kalamata olives for the sliced ripe olives.

  1. Loved it! Easy and delicious! Kalamato olives are the only way to go! I felt it needed additional dressing but that might just be me. Made for ZWT9 July 2013.
