- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
directions
- Pound all the ingredients in your motar with your pestle, until fine and well combgined.
- Store in an airtight container in fridgge for 1 month.
