  1. Delicious! I upped the fennel to a whole teaspoon and also added a teaspoon of coriander seeds as well. I substituted local honey for sugar and it was fantastic!

  2. A really delicious brew. Marvelous flavors and a great treat. I used Splenda and no milk and fell on love with this. Made for Comfort Cafe, Snow Queens Round, Jan '10

  3. Very fennel tea! I enjoyed it plain, and also with milk and sugar. Thanks for posting, I found your recipe when I did a search for tea recipes to help for bloating actually. Fennel tea was suggested.

  4. I love fennel tea. I add a little cayenne pepper instead of milk and sugar. I find it to be soothing and a great warmer upper on cool brisk day.

  5. I'm surprised at how much I like this! The fennel and tea flavors are nice together- really heart-warming. I didn't add the sugar, just a splash of milk. This is a nice after-dinner beverage. Next time I might add 1 tsp fennel and 1/2 tsp tea rather than equal quanities as I felt the tea was a bit strong in respect to the fennel! Thanks for another nice twist on tea.
