ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup snipped fresh chives (minced scallions can be substituted)
- 1⁄4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 3 anchovy fillets, rinsed, patted dry and minced
- salt and pepper
directions
- Stir all ingredients together until well blended.
- Taste and add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

This was a very good dressing! I used about 1/2 cup of mayo, 1/2 sour cream, and 1/2 cottage cheese, and the rest of the ingredients and whipped it up in the food processer. I tried it the next morning and I like it even better after it sits overnight. Thanks for a great salad (or anything) dressing!
