  1. Buffalo? It was a nice bbq chicken sandwich.

  2. I don't want to add stars, since I haven't made this, but I have a question/clarification. The title indicates buffalo chicken...but I don't see any hot sauce, and I'm not sure if it's a typo or not. Just curious, but it looks/sounds great either way.

  3. Pretty good sandwich. I used rotisserie chicken since that's what I had on hand. I think you could definitely use buffalo sauce instead of BBQ if you are looking for something more spicy. Loved the addition of the blue cheese.

  4. Easy, inexpensive, fast, and delicious!

  5. I too was confused with the title "Buffalo Chicken". So what I did was turn the amounts around. I mixed the mayo & Franks Wing Sauce together. I placed it in a bowl lined in lettuce and drizzled the barbecue sauce on top. I served it as an appetizer with tostito scoops. It was delicious. My family actually got a separate bowl of the barbecue sauce and drizzled on each scoop as they ate it. Nice, refreshing and easy. Thank you.
