  • 10 round crackers (3.2 oz. each. ritz works best)
  • 5 pieces cheese

directions

  • Heat griddle or frying pan.
  • Put the crackers on the pan, top down.
  • Put cheese on every other cracker.
  • Put plain crackers on top of cheese on cheesed crackers.
  • Flip if needed.

  1. Totally great! I used the bit of butter. Sinfully good! Next time I'm going to try ham and flavored cream cheese.
     
  2. These were a fun snack. It seemed to really dry out my crackers. I think next time I might put a teeny bit of butter in the pan first. I would try experimenting with different versions. I think they would be very cute "all gussied up to go out!" I'm thinking add some shredded deli ham, with swiss cheese, and then maybe on top, a ranch dip/spread with some fresh chives? Just a thought! Thanks for a cute snack. Made for New Kids on the Block Tag.
