Grilled Ginger Salmon

"I like to use a grill basket when I make this, so I don't have to worry about losing pieces of the salmon. You can also do this in the broiler."

  1. This was so yummy broiled in the oven! The marinade got nice and thick and glazed the salmon very nicely! I had to keep a close eye on it! Wonderful, thank you!

  3. We love grilled salmon. This recipe did not disappoint us. The marinade was wonderfully tangy. We also used a grill basket which made things very easy. This was so easy and delicious. Thanks Inez. ;)

  4. A friend of mine had just given me a piece of salmon he had caught and boned and I planned to make it for dinner last minute. I looked through recipes and decided on this because it took no time and I had all the ingredients on hand. My husband put the salmon in a basket we had just bought but never used and the cooking could not have been easier. My husband, son and I just loved the salmon. It was so simple to prepare and cook. I plan to make it next time I have guest over who love salmon. dj

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
