  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Place foil down on the counter top (enough to fold around salmon).
  3. Cut salmon fillets into two pices.
  4. Place on top of foil. Salt and Pepper salmon.
  5. Slice lemon and squeeze juice all over salmon.
  6. Slice second lemon into slices and place on top of salmon.
  7. Fold foil to encase salmon.
  8. Place on grill and cover until cooked through (flakes with fork but is still juicy).
