Ground Beef Stuffing Casserole

"I don't remember where this came from. If you like stuffing, this is a great version and a meal in itself. A lean beef is better in this."

  1. Very nice meal. Very hearty. I would say it could serve more like 12 - 14 hehe. I cut the recipe in half and baked in a 9x9 pan. I Had the consistancy of meatloaf that doesnt hold its shape. Baking time took about 40 minutes.

  2. This looks and taste like that one dish everyone avoids at the potluck!

  3. Great for potluck! Very filling and flavorful-thank you!

  4. This was good and very filling! I switched up the cream of mushroom for a creamy veg. and it still came out well. Next time I make it I'll change up the soup again...maybe a cream of broccoli!

OK lets see...My name is Diane and I'm married to a wonderful guy -- going on 20 years. We have 2 kids -- 1 daughter and 1 son a 70lb german shepard, a fat cat and a very snobby cat! I work a couple of days a week in the Loop and the rest of my time is spent sitting at the kids sporting events. I love to try new recipes. Luckily, hubby will try just about anything. The kids aren't so eager about that, but are generally very good sports about it!
