  1. I've never thought to make chili with spaghetti sauce and honestly, I'm mad I didn't think about it before! It's the perfect flavorful profile and this recipe was so easy to make. Topped it with all of my favorite chili toppings. It was so good!

  2. I loved this recipe! I didn't have celery or red pepper, o I used banana peppers nd green onions as well as the yellow onions. I also added cumin ,a can ofdiced tomatoes, and some other spices because I am not a fan of ground chicken. It made a great chili!

  3. I had about a half pound of ground chicken in the freezer that I needed to use and thought this recipe looked good! I didn't have celery and I used a green pepper instead of a red one. I made a few other tweaks- my husband doesn't like really spicy food, so I only added 2 tsp. of chili powder and about a half tsp. of red pepper flakes. Also after tasting it, it seemed a bit tart so I added a lump of brown sugar. With my modifications, this was scrumptious! We ate it over brown rice.

  4. This turned out fairly well for my family dinner tonight. I didn't have any celery on hand, so substituted zucchini. While it tasted good, I find that ground chicken tends to smell a little funky even after cooking. That's not the fault of the recipe though.

  5. I really liked this and it was easy to put together. The only thing I did different was to add a 19 oz can of tomatoes after tasting. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for posting!

  1. Made this last night for the boys & it was a hit! I changed the recipe a little - substituted 1 can of pinto & 1 can of black beans for the 2 cups of kidney beans & added an extra teaspoon of chili powder. Thanks Ken for posting the delicious recipe :)

  2. Great chili! So easy, too! I'll be making this many more times. I substituted ground turkey for the chicken (couldn't find any ground chicken at the store) and added another clove or two of garlic, but otherwise made it as written. YUMMMMMMMMM!

  3. Excellent Chicken chili! Great taste, was surprized at adding celery to a chili, but it was very good added extra depth to it. All I had was a pizza sauce, thick and chunky, it worked just fine and instead of crushed pepper flakes I used a couple of teaspoons of extra hot "Chili Garlic Sauce" from Viet-Nam, gave it a lovely zing! Also had a part of a green pepper to use up, so threw it in too, otherwise followed the recipe. Very happy with the results and will definately use it again, thanks for sharing.
