  1. This was really good. We had this on our "snack night" with some other stuff. My kids really liked it. I am going to have it again and try some different veggie combinations. I would have never thought of putting mustard and butter together but is works! Thanks!

  2. Very tasty lunch! I,too, used Dijon mustard along with red/green pepper, minced toasted onion, and fiesta blend cheese. It was quick to make with things that I always keep in the house. Thanks for posting!!

  3. Yummy! This was so quick and easy. I also made it with djion mustard, and extra, sweet onions. I served this with a salad for a light summer meal.

  4. Wonderful snack or lunch! I loved the buttery/mustardy flavor. I used Dijon mustard (the full 2 tsp). I'd like to try this with different cheeses, too. Thanx for sharing. I'll make this again.

  5. Love these! SO got a Honeybaked Ham from work and I was looking for recipes to use it in. The butter & mustard mixture really compliments the ham and cheese in this fun appetizer. I may add a few extra onions next time because I love them so much. This definitely joins my keeper collection!
