  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 (18 5/8 ounce) cans Campbell's Ready To Serve minestrone soup (or vegetable)

directions

  • Brown the ground beef.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste; drain.
  • Add diced potatoes and soup; stir.
  • Cook on medium heat until potatoes are fully cooked.
  • Stir frequently.

  1. I tried this recipe but only had cream of mushroom soup and it was sooo good. You can even leave out the potatoes and have this on a bun like a burger. My family loves it.
     
  2. This is a great fast dish. I make it with vegetable soup. Can be done without the potatoes! Good with corn and served with toast. MMMMMM......Good!
     
  3. Great stuff! Used frozen hashbrowns to save time chopping. Added just a supcon of Frank's RedHot sauce for bite. Thanks, Kim. It was superior.
