  3. Next, add dry onion soup mix, 1/2-1 cup water.
  4. Stir in sour cream and sauce.
  5. Stir in chopped mushroom.
  6. Add salt, garlic salt and pepper to desired taste.
  7. Simmer for about 1/2 hour.
  8. Serve over 2 cups cooked and drained wide egg noodles.
  9. Serves approximately 5-6.
