ingredients
- 8 ounces soy sauce
- 16 ounces water
- 2 ounces brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic granules
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 ounce lemon juice
directions
- Combine above ingredients and refrigerate.
- Use to marinate steaks.

Delicious marinade! I chose this for PAC 2006 because I typically have all of these ingredients on hand. I marinated 4 boneless pork chops using just half of the recipe, which was enough to cover them all completely. I served each chop over rice and spooned a bit of the leftover marinade (which I brought to a boil in a sauce pan first) over the top. This will be a popular marinade in our house from now on! DH raved about it all through dinner. Thanks, Kristi!
