Healthy Chili

"Mmmm I love this recipe. I just throw things in a pot and added chili powder and flakes and it turned into a yummy chili dish. It may have weird things in it, but it's good--try it!"

  • To pot add onion, pepper, mushrooms, carrots, celery, and garlic; cook till tender.
  • Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, corn, chili flakes and powder, salt, pepper, cinnamon, apricots and raisins.
  • Break up the stewed tomatoes while it's cooking so there are chunks.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Reduce to simmer for 30 minutes or more.take out cinnamon.
