  1. I don`t see how this is a sauce and not a salad? I sliced the cucumbers very thin. Used smart balance mayo. I also used 2 cups of cucumbers for the dressing ingredients as the recipes states. Love the Dijon in this. I used whole grain Dijon. Thanks!

  3. This is the best fresh cucumber sauce for fried fish. I only used 1/2 the amount of mustard and onion powder in the recipe.
     
  4. delicious.....chopped the cucumbers very finely, followed recipe exactly.....this was a very fine sauce, not sweet and not trt....added a bit of freshness to the fish......excellent, a keeper
