Healthy Fitness Wraps

"These wraps have it all in the way of veggies, fruit, protein, healthy fat and a some heat. This recipe comes from a lady named Deborah Ramsay, and I would like to share it as well as save it, for those days when I need to fill up with good, healthy fare. They do mention that it may take awhile to 'chew' these, so that in itself is exercise!"
