Healthy Low Fat Lasagna

"I altered the ingredients to make a lasagna for the more health-conscious. My boyfriend is not a health freak but LOVED this dish. Very easy to freeze leftovers and just pop back in the oven for 1.5 hours when you want to have it again for dinner. Let me know what you think! --_^"

  2. Recipe calls for "2 egg beaters egg substitute"???? How much egg beaters, the equivalent of 2 eggs? If I wanted to use actual eggs instead of Egg Beaters, would I use 2 whole eggs?

  1. It was good and easy to make, but didn't have much flavor. Maybe because there was no Italian sausage in it. I buy chicken Italian sausage from Trader Joes and it is really good! Maybe I will try that next.

  2. Delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made this last night. And both of my male roommates loved it, and had no idea I made a healthy version! Well done!

  3. Anton Ego...when you add the sauce to the cooked meat...it becomes a meat sauce...so when directions say to add sauce...the meat is in it.

  4. I can't rate this simply because no where in the recipe does it say when to add the cooked turkey. If you follow directions you will end up with a 9x13 pan full of cheese and sauce and a skillet with cooked turkey. I have not figured out how this makes lasagna.

  5. This was fabulous! A lovely change from normal beef lasagna, I think I actually preferred this! Easy to make and tastes great. Definitely making this again!
