Heavenshire Cream
"I found this recipe a long time ago in a magazine. It is very easy to make, and taste great as a dip or topping for fresh fruit or with fresh scones."

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) sour cream
directions
- In a medium, metal mixing bowl, beat whipped cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, and sour cream and beat until smooth and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate until serving time.

I only gave 4 stars as we prefer a sweeter dip. I added 4 tablespoons more of powdered sugar and it was perfect. We dipped fresh stawberries in it. Yum. Made for spring PAC 2011. -
