  1. I made this for my picky husband and he really liked it. My husband won't eat baked chicken breast but he'll eat breast meat from a whole baked chicken (go figure) so I used a whole chicken though and rubbed the seasonings on it. It was good.

  2. My husband said he could have eaten 3. This is simple and quick, which is what I'm always looking for.

  3. My 3 year old daughter helped make this. So simple, yet so delicious. No leftovers tonight!

  4. Easy and tasty!

  5. Very easy to make and nice mild herb-flavor. The chicken breast was moist and tender when eaten right out of the oven. The left-overs do not retain their tenderness and lose a little flavor--so best eaten the day it is made. Great for a busy week-night dinner. Thank.s

I live in the San Francisco area and love it here. I discovered Recipezaar (then Food.com..Genius Kitchen) in 2001 and have been so happy to have my favorite recipes stored safely here. I am mother to 7 and grandmother to 7. I love to knit, smock, sew, etc., but my favorite hobby of the moment is traditional rug hooking. This is a sample of what I do.? It's called "November".? I dyed most of the wool myself. It is made from wool flannel, cut into strips a little less than 1/4" and then worked into a linen backing. This is my 3rd rug.
