DIRECTIONS

  • With a hand mixer mix together the banana, yogurt, eggs and cottage cheese.
  • Add to the wet mixture the protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, splenda and oats.
  • Allow the batter to sit 10 minutes (I useually do this while letting my griddle heat up).
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the batter on the griddle spreading it.
  • Fry the pancakes 3-4 minutes. Carefully flip the pancakes over and fry another 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve them with a mix of greek yogurt and jelly.
