Holiday Cheese Tarts

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla, extact
- 2 (4 ounce) packages single serve graham cracker crumb tart shells
- mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, raspberries, orange segments, cherries, kiwi fruit, grapes, pine)
- 1⁄4 cup apple jelly, melted (optional)
directions
- In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand untl smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Spoon into crusts. Chil 2 hours or until set. Just before serving, top with fruit, brush with jelly, if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
