I gave this recipe 4 stars. This worked very nice mixed up nicely. My only problem was the dry milk didn't completely mix up, but that didn't matter because I used this recipe in Recipe #310433 so it didn't matter. Overall I'll make this recipe again for sure! I'm sorry but this isn't an egg substitute. The recipe clearly calls for eggs, more specifically egg whites. An egg substitute would normally be something that is used to replace eggs as a binding agent in a recipe. The purpose of this recipe is to mimic the yellow color that the yolks give eggs, and fails to function as a proper egg substitute. My rating is based on the discrepancy between the title and the ingredients called for in the recipe.
