  • Slice the cheddar cheese and colby-monterey jack cheese into thin slices, and then cut into squares. You can leave the squares as is, or you can cut them out into fun shapes using a small cookie cutter.
  • To assemble, lay out the cheese, meats, and crackers in rows onto a platter or cutting board. Fill small bowls with the nuts and fresh berries.
