  • Drain one can of tomatoes and reserve juice.
  • Add drained tomatoes, undrained tomatoes, onion, garlic and jalepenos to a food processor. Pulse until completely processed. If salsa is a little dry, add some of the reserved tomato liquid to desired consistency.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper and cayenne. Finish by adding in chopped cilantro.
  • Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Enjoy with your favorite chips.
